How long does it take my for child's membership to become effective after I enroll them?
Answer:
We must receive your completed registration at least 8 weeks before your child's birthday in order for them to receive their birthday card this year. For example, if we receive your completed registration request on July 15, 2004 and your child's birthday is August 15, they will not receive a birthday card from Geoffrey until their birthday in 2005.

Question:
How old does my child have to be in order to qualify for Geoffrey's Birthday Club.
Answer:
Geoffrey's Birthday Club is for children ages 2 – 10.

Question:
I live outside of the United States, can I sign my child up for the Birthday Club.
Answer:
No. Only US residents can register for Geoffrey's Birthday Club.

Question:
Can I complete registration forms for kids other than my own.
Answer:
No. We need consent from the child's parent or legal guardian in order to complete any registration.

Question:
Can my child(ren) just complete and submit their own registration form?
Answer:
No. You must be 18 years old or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered in order to complete and submit a registration form.

Question:
Do I have to sign my child up every year to get their card?
Answer:
No. Once registered, your child will receive their card from Geoffrey every year, up through their 10th birthday.

Question:
Our family is moving. What do we need to do to change our mailing address information for Geoffrey's Birthday Club?

Does Babies "R" Us offer a multiple birth discount? We are pleased to inform you of our multiple birth discount. Babies "R" Us defines a multiple birth as parents with two or more babies the same age. We offer our customers 10% off two or more of the same items purchased in the same order (e.g. two cribs, two bedding sets, two strollers, etc.). The discount can not be combined with any other offers, including sale priced items, and applies to the following categories only: furniture, bedding sets and baby gear, including car seats, strollers, travel yards, highchairs, swings, gates, exersaucers/walkers and backpack/carriers. Double strollers and matching infant car seats are also eligible for the multiple birth discount. This offer is not available on any special purchase items. Corporate sales do not qualify for the multiple birth discount.

For purchases made in any Toys"R"Us store in the U.S.:

We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date on most items sold at any Toys"R"Us store in the United States and Puerto Rico, with the exception of video games/accessories/systems, computer software, VHS, DVD, music electronics, radio control cars, trading cards, collectibles and consumer electronics.
