I bought both of these movies together at $16.99 and $24.99 sale prices along with a Hannah Montana movie to get the $8 off instantly and the $10 GC for buying $40 in Disney movies. I checked my reciept and the $8 did not come off. It showed $19.99-3.00 for Tinkerbell and $29.99-5.00 for Snow White. I asked why the promo didn't come off and I was told that the promotion was the sale prices you don't actually get $8 off the sale prices. I called corporate and was told the exaxt same thing!

I am SO mad!! It is false advertising to promote a sale price and not give the promotion of top of those prices. It is completely illegal! Please check your reciepts and tell me if yours are the same!!!!

not me... I think a lot of people might have gotten snow white when it was first released very cheap after Q with the free baking set, so not many people got it this go....

Same thing happened to me with the Up and Monsters movies. The sign clearly said $10 off wyb both. Did not get the $10 off. IMHO the signs up in the store are very misleading and I don't plan on shopping there much unless it's a great free deal. There was also a sign up for a free monopoly trophy wyb "any of these games, monopoly, scrabble etc". I bought the diamond edition scrabble for $19.99 and didn't get it. It was explained to me that the deal was only if you buy the cheap version of scrabble and not the version I bought, even though the sign clearly says "any".
All in all though I ended up making it into an awesome deal because they made me mad so I rolled my gift cards over on games 3 times lol :)

I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. I have also looked up a law stating that if a store has a sale price marked, even if the dates are expired on it, they HAVE to give it to you for that price. They legally have to give you both the sale price and the promo. They are purposely scamming people.

One of the other movies that I bought said 2 for $12 with $6.99 each written right under it. They tried to charge me $11.99 for 1. When I pointed out the obvious mistake he said is was $11.99 weather you bought 1 or 2. I pointed out the $6.99 and he said "ya, that's what it works out to when you buy 2. Do I need to get a manager to explain that to you". Manager comes over and says "well, I will give it to you for $6.99 just this one time as a favor". Ummm, thanks but selling it to me for the price clearly marked on the dvd is not a favor!!:shrug7:

I bought Tink DVD and Snow White Blu Ray Combo Pack last week. I saw a sign that said $8 off when you buy both. The $8 did not come off but I had an $8 peelie I found at my grocery store and that did come off so here is what my receipt said:

Tink Lost Treasure $19.99 - 3.00 off select item
(This was on sale for $16.99)

Snow White Combo $29.99-10.00 DVD Promo
(This was on sale for $19.99)

At the bottom of my receipt -8.00 Vendor Coupon

The rest of the receipt added up correctly to show that I bought tink for $16.99, Snow White for $19.99, Used $8.00 coupon so paid $28.98 for the two. Hope this helps.
