when do we receive theses reward $s?

Ok I finally received my rewards card via snail mail and guess what was inside the envelope - a $10 cash coupon for becoming a member!!!!! Yippee!!!!! Now if only I could get them credit my purchase from 12/22/08 I would get another $10

Updated with question - does anyone know if you could use more then one "cash" coupon in one transaction?

I was wondering the same thing. I got my $30 rewards in the mail yesterday, but they still owe me $10 more dollars. I am going to go use it to buy value boxes of diapers and then get a $10 gift card back.

Also, I logged in this morning and saw that a new promotion is starting on Feb 1. The only bad thing is anything earned before then does not count. Oh well, I am still coming out ahead on the diapers.

Isn't the value box approx $36.xx and if I remember correctly you have to buy 2 boxes in order to get the gift card

i still havent gotten mine yet... i also never got my card yet either. they must not like me. I signed up for the program on 10/18/2008!

The program pretty much is a joke. I spent well over $500 at Christmas, have yet to get any rewards. All of my purchases show up on my 'dashboard'. I called on Thursday, since you are supposed to have the rewards BY Jan 7th. I have none. My TRU is over an hour away, we just happened to be going down there to Syraucuse to take my husband to the airport on Friday - they said "sorry, nothing we can do - you WILL get them". Who cares if I get them now - they expire on the 31st and I am certainly not driving 70 miles to spend $20-$25 at their way-overpriced, unorganized toy store ! Not such a great rewards program !

Are you serious? You called customer service and they just said "sorry, nothing we can do- you WILL get them?" Try calling again. I called today and was told that the certificate was sent to me on 11/4!!! WTH?? I asked DH about it today and he said he didn't see any. I certainly didn't see any. I think it's b/c they had the wrong addy? I don't know... the CSR couldn't get my info right... I corrected her 3 times. I wonder if the rest of it is right. I will call back in 7 days. She said the rewards people would look into it and may or may not get back to me via phone.

BTW - I never got a welcome package in the mail. GRRRR.
