1. Will they take it back if it's over 90 days and I have my receipt (and tags are still attached)?

2. Can I return stuff from BRU to TRU (TRU is closer to me)

1) They may let you have a store credit, but they do not have to honor the return at all. Of course, they may if you find a sympathetic employee (or they don't notice). If they don't allow it at all, try it without the receipt and they will probably offer store credit, but not necessarily for what you paid for it if the item has been on sale or clearanced.
