GDA: Clearance on party goods

I went into our TRU yesterday to buy party goods for my dd's upcoming birthday. We were specifically looking for Dora themed stuff. Even though there were no clearance stickers on anything I bought, everything rang up really cheap:

*$1.98 for a package of 8 invitations, envelopes and thank you cards
*$1.28 for 16 luncheon napkins
*$1.98 for a hinged birthday banner
*$1.98 for tablecover

All of the above items had Dora and Boots on them. The invitations and tablecloths say "Party" and "Fiesta" as well. Hope this helps somebody!
