Thanks OP- you rock! I took 2 Dr. Brown's in today and was able to get 2 new Dr. Brown's BPA free bottles and she gave me 53 cents back on a merchandise credit.

Man, I wish I would have seen this earlier! I have 8 Avent bottles I would love to exchange.

I guess I am the wiser this time around though because we got all those bottles for DS1 and really probably only need 2, maybe 3. So if I have to replace them it won't cost as much.

I did this with my daughter's Dr Browns bottles got glass 3.5 oz and plastic 8 oz bpa free ones. I went back a few weeks later because I found more bottles and they told me they were no longer taking them back.

Just an FYI - BRU in North and South Jersey still allowing you to return without a receipt. I did two returns at 2 different stores the past 2 days, no problem. Of course I would call ahead just to make sure

I'm in Michigan and just called the Sterling Heights BRU, they told me that I could exchange them, but I would need a receipt to show the purchase was in the last 90 days. Don't have any receipts so will be calling over the weekend to ask at the other stores in the area.

anyone know anything about returning or exchanging playtex ventaire? I have one I got as a gift and I read that they contain BPA awhile back but never did anything with it....
still in package and everything. wonder if I can get money back for it? dont need bottles though.... girly is breastfed and I have playtex drop ins(bpa free) which we use when necessary.

I would just call your nearest BRU to see if they are still taking them back.

The only ones that I was able to return was Dr. Brown and Avent.
