My First Store Order

Earlier this week I decided to ask if I could place an order instead of taking from the shelves. I was a little worried because the first time I asked this to Walgreens the store manager said he does not order in for people.

But I thought what the heck!!

The store manager was as nice as can be and took my order.


I went today to see if it was in that the manager went and got it and put it in a cart for me!!!!

I ordered:

65 bottles of the Sweet Baby Rays BBG
24 pkgs of the Knorr side dishes
31 Zone Perfect bars
3 KC master Piece BBG

The total sale value was approx $180 and my walk away was about $17 OOP!!! I felt like a king!!

The only thing I paid for was the KC BBG (about a $1) and the Knorr dishes. I did not mind spending the money for the Knorrs because I 600 gas points too!!!

So my Total gas points for total for today's haul was about $1300 pins. I am currently at 1700 points and trying to get to 4000 for a free tank of gas!!!

Please note due to Tops coupon policy and soem of the coupon limitations, I did do different transactions for the above items.

Very cool. What Tops was this? The Manager at the one I go to just looks at me funny. I went in this morning and grabbed 40 bottles of Santa Cruz lemonade for free and added 1 block of Heluva Good cheese on to each order so that it would be $1 even and not $0 (That makes it so I can just keep ringing on the self checkout and not bug the clerk). The woman working was kind enough to point out which machine was broken and makes it so that you do not have to push each coupon in the slot one by one.

I will be heading back for my 20 baby rays and 10 vlassic pickles for free later, and will probably add another round of 40 lemonades. I am trying real hard to get the gas for trip to Syracuse this week for free or at least 60% off.

This was at the Tonawanda, NY Tops. The guy was just awesome. He loaded up the cart and brought it to the front for me!!!

I have only been Q'ing for a month so my collection of Q's is not that big. What insert did the Santa Cruz come in?

i go to the auburn tops or the seneca falls/waterloo one. Anyone else go there? I missed out on these deals but i hope to get better, I did score about 30+ bottles of sweet baby rays( not in auburn they were wiped out!) so i only got a few there.

i lived in canandiagua when they were sending people out to get signatures to put one there, i loved tops so i signed it, moved out of canandaigua before they built one.. youre welcome!! HAHAHA just kidding.
