I don't ever get an ad early, BUT tops website puts their next weeks ad up by saturday so You can look through their ad online that day so you are ready for sunday.

i'm looking at the ad for the rochester area. there is a 5$CAT OYNO WYB 15$ of
wishbone, ragu, knorr, breyers bars, axe stuff, dove stuff, suave shampoo, vaseline lotion.
prices aren't great as far as i know. it doesn't look like sunday's paper has any great matchups for that deal.
boneless skinless chicken breast is 1.99$/lb....
there's the kellogg's free milk OYNO wyb 3 (2.49each). (raisin bran not included???)
there's a 2$ off 10$ tops cosmetic coupon.
B1G1 baked 12inch pizzas.
1$ bumble bee solid white albacore tuna.
50% off of arm & hammer detergent, coke 6 packs, strawberries.
dannon yogurt 5 packs/danino/danimals 2$ each.
stonyfield organic yogurt are 60c each. that's pretty low. they have coupons on their site, but they always make me print "you've reached your limit" and waste paper and ink, so i'm boycotting them lol.
chobani 6 oz greek yogurt 1$
perry's ice cream...3$.
pom 8oznpistachios, 2.99-1$q ("in most sunday papers" lol) 1.99 (according to ad)
no obvious free/cheap coupon deals i can see, but i don't know the printable coupons well enough to make a complete blanket statement like that.
