So my store doubles up to .99 does that mean a 1.00 q wont double? how does a 1.00 q double at tops??? i know theres a 4 per same item/coupon .50 doubling limit going on, but is that also for the 1.00 being doubled? correct me please, if i am wrong or misunderstood, thanks

LOOK OUT FOR THE USPS POST OFFICE MAILERS, wrapper rolls, tape etc.

The mailers were reg. 1.29 on sale for .37

The wrapping roll reg 2.99 on sale for .87

The package tape reg 1.99 on sale for .57

you can buy four products that you have four coupons of that will double, up to .99c. the fifth coupon and thereafter will not double.
most weeks, coupons valued at one dollar or higher do not double.
this week (ending today) if you spend at least 15$ worth of normal groceries (not alcohol, whatever other exclusions they have), you can cut out the dollar doubler coupons from the circulars. you can pair them with four one dollar manufacturers coupons to make your dollar coupons worth two dollars.
doing so will not affect your other coupon usage. using coupons to get your total below 15$ after doubled coupons is possible but not certain. (i have never read it is not allowed but i've heard from some cashiers that it isn't).
