Re: What an annoying experience Definitely! Customer service should be a priority seems like it's going down the drain. Part of it, though, I think is because consumers are getting so demanding.
I think in the area I live in, there's so much competition that it makes it really easy to go somewhere else.
For example, a couple of weeks ago with that CVS thing, I was soooo mad! It doesn't make a huge difference to me thought because I live and work within a 2 mile radius of 3 other CVSes. I do think that the $300+ a month I do in spending and coupons might make just a little difference to that store when the year end sales come up.
