I'm SO sorry to hear that! It's probably like most stores - I PICK my cashiers carefully. I never thought about that! It's just something I do w/o thinking. Next time your planning on coming out here, PM me. Most cashiers know me.
Plus, Saturdays do get busy. When I plan on couponing big-time, I usually pick an off day & off hour.
After the Juicy Juice, other fake & Polly Pocket coupons last year, they got a little iffy about IP's, unfortunately, some of the cashiers are told one thing & by the time it reaches their brain cells, it's totally off!
Don't let one bad day discourage you!
