The Boxcar kids are fun. I love having my daughter be such a reader, because I'm still (mostly) previewing her books (she's 6 but a voracious reader). I finished Twilight, incidentally, along with the rest of the series by Stephanie Meyer, and they are *awesome*! I finished both of the first books in one reading after everyone was in bed, and would have done the same for the 3rd but was planning/holding DS' birthday party, so I actually had to *do* something.

Jessica and Elizabeth, LOL. Elizabeth was always my favorite.

I like both of the Laurell K. Hamilton series (vampires and fairies)
and I would like to read "The Dash" I don't know the author and " 212 the extra degree" also don't know the author. The Dash talks about the dash on the tombstone and how you spend your life.

How about those Box Car Children Mysteries?? Does anyone read those?
I love these books. I need to read these to my kiddos! We are currently working our way through the Little House books.

As for me, I just finished Velocity by Dean Koontz. A pal just sent me a big box of books and I'm having trouble deciding on what to read next. I'm leaning towards a Patterson..Mary, Mary I think it's called. Anybody read it?

"Eat, Pray, Love" by Liz Gilbet, an excellent life changing (for me anyways) book.

Might have to pick that one up!

Meg Cabot wrote a couple of books like that. You read IM's and emails, cute books.

I just finished 'Shopaholic and Baby' by Sophia Kinsella (also writes as Madeleine Wickham). It was the 5th (hopefully not last) in a series. They are quick, fun reads.
