Re: What are you reading? I'm reading 2 books by Michael Ruhlman: "The Making of a Chef" and his latest book, "The Elements of Cooking".
The Making of a Chef is a non-fiction account of what it's like to be a student at the renowned Culinary Institute of America. I find it extremely riveting; in fact I like the book so much I know I'll be reading it again at some point.
The Elements of Cooking takes all the relevant information a chef must know and offers it up for the home cook. This book is teaching me A LOT!
