Llanview invades Port Charles



Rumor has it that several of the OLTL stars will be making the move to Port Charles. ABC announced that Kassie DePaiva (Blair), Roger Howarth (Todd), Michael Easton (John) and Kristen Alderson (Starr) will be making the move to Port Charles. Not only will they be on "General Hospital," but they will be playing their "One Life to Life" characters for a new storyline to begin production in late January.

Of the move, former "One Life to Live" and current "General Hospital" executive producer Frank Valentini said, "We have a very exciting story planned for the citizens of Port Charles, with Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] at the center of it! I am confident viewers and fans alike will be excited for the arrival of John (Easton), Starr (Alderson), Blair (DePaiva) and Todd (Howarth). Incorporating characters from 'One Life to Live' continue the legacy of the show as we weave them into 'General Hospital.'"




What about the following:

My guess is that it will have something to do with Tomas / Todd story line regarding who killed Victor. John told Tea just this week that he was close to being able to arrest Todd for the murder of Victor.

If they are going to move some of them over I wish they would move them all.

I'll be interested to see how the OLTL group fits in at GH. It seemed odd to see Starr on it today. I hope it works out as I really miss that show.

I was sad to see the story about Robin's death. John York (Mac) deserves kudos for the performance he gave when he learned of her death. He really was convincing. Anna, on the other hand, didn't seem devastated like you would expect.

I wonder if it will ever come out that Maxi was the one who caused the explosion?

But did you really see the body??? Burned beyond recognition which in soapland means..they can come back. But yes very very sad. I remember when Robin came as a little girl.

Also if Helena is Cassandra's mother who is her father?

I think Kate has a spit personality. DID...it worked on OLTL why not here. I also think she was the one that shot Sonny.

I agree I believe they left it open so that Robin could be brought back at some point in time if she decides to return or they decide to recast.

I'm leaning towards Helena being her grandmother. Maybe Nicks twin sister or even Laura's daughter. Or if she is Helena's daughter maybe Luke is the father?

I also think Kate has a split personality & that she is the one that shot Sonny.

Starr & Cole SL ~ I think Cole dies & maybe even Hope. The accident is what brings her parents to Port Charles & that is why in the previews you hear Todd say that he will make Sonny pay for what he did.

Glad to see the OLTL members start moving over; just wish more of them made the move. Won't be the same without Natalie, Jessica, the Buchanan's, Bo, Nora, Rex, GG, etc. etc. Heck I wish OLTL had never been canceled period; I sure do miss watching it. I have been watching on SN until they do away with that too.

I guess they could somehow say Robin wasn't the body, but it was a locked door and Patrick was standing right there watching it happen. It was silly that the alarm was going off and smoke was coming out and no one in the hospital appeared to help him get the door open. But then that's soap operas for you.

As for Helena, she's way too old to be that girl's mother. I'm guessing she's in her early 70's.

Soap Net is on TV. I have comcast & in my area it is channel 118.

Yeah I agree with the Robin SL. It will be interesting to see how they work it all out should she return or be recast.

OMGosh! I haven't seen, General Hospital since Luke and Laura where the hottest couple on there. LOL

There's some days that I don't know why I still watch this show!! lol

I hate that Robin was killed in the fire. I started watching just as she came back to Port Charles to save Jason and Patrick came to town.

Put me down as Jason Thompson (Patrick) deserving a daytime emmy for his scenes! my heart breaks along with his every day.

Still so tired of Sonny - Kate's split personality is getting annoying - Jason and Sam make me yawn... I still hate Carly, but I'm enjoying her with Johnny... who I also hated when he first came on the scene back in the Lulu and Logan days.. (sigh... still missing my Logan - I don't think I'll ever get over what they did to him)

I never watched OLTL so really I have no opinion on those characters moving to PC - although of course I hate that they'll be mixing in with Sonny.
