Late night or early morning phone calls from DH on the road. Cordless phone and me and the furbabies snuggled down in the bed.

2 1/2 y/o neice. Spitting image of her Mom at that age....I can't wait until the rest of the fun starts. Dsis calls and says I can't beleive Abby just did/said this. I say, you did to, just wait it gets better.

My two furbabies. Odd couple. One 120 lbs, black and a moose, other 25 lbs, white, and a spaz that thinks he is a moose too! LOL

Memories of Grandma. Almost a year she has been gone now and I see her or hear her in my memory everyday. usually a smile and blinking back tears.

Our Corgi pup. He has an "issue"...if you sneeze, cry, or make any sad sound, he LEAPS on to you and starts licking nose, ears, any tears, whatever he can until you dissolve into laughter. It's really hard to cry with a tongue up your nose!

When I walk in the door at home and both the dogs come running to greet momma. I may have had a terrible day at work (usually), but at least they love me! (or it could be that I feed them...LOL)

Yes, we've decided Dh is likely OCD cause he sorts the sweet tarts by color before he eats them and gets frustrated if the laundry isn't put up before he goes to bed. Totally makes me laugh!

Kinda OT: The other day I was reading a magazine article that suggested ways to have dh/bf/so/whatever help out more at home. One of the ideas was to take a basketful of clean laundry and dump it on the bed with the goal being that he would take the initiative and help fold and put it away. I was roflmao at that because I've tried that with dh numerous times and his solution is to just sweep off all the clothes and leave them in a heap on the bedroom floor. *GASP* I KNOW!!! The boys are no better.. they think a pile of clothes is like a pile of leaves, great for jumping in and throwing up in the air. *Sigh* I need to give all 3 of my boys an attitude adjustment about laundry.

Back on topic: 2 yo ds going down the slide on the playground yelling at the top of his lungs "YEE HAW". That kid has strong lungs!!! lol
