Four tens, definitely. I was on that schedule for a while and loved it. But, I like my current PT schedule better 1 4hr day and two 8 hours.

Hmmm...diet it will probably stay off longer. My SIL had lipo and the recovery is not fun but she had instant weight loss and looks great!
