Poltergeist scared the heck outta me when I was a kid, also Invasion of the Body Snatchers. I woke up hearing the pods open and was convinced that my little brother had been taken by the pods... lol...
I love scary movies, so I was interested in seeing which ones are your favorites. Post your favorites here and I'll RAOK 2 lucky winners 5 Coke Codes each (15 points total).
For the record, a few of my favorites are The Ring, The Grudge, Rose Red, It, and Halloween... :Poke:

I do not like scary movies (I'm a wimp)- but I must admit everytime I see that Fallen is coming on, I have to watch it. (It's more of a psychological thriller than horror movie, though, and who can resist Denzel?)
Halloween (although I cant watch it anymore ... I've become wimpier as I get older)
To me, it is a truly scary movie. My 14 year old doesn't understand ... her genre of scary movies is so different.
i have this love/hate relationship with scary movies. I watch them but then have to cover my eyes. Of course, I have to peak through my fingers to see everything.
I thought The Ring was excellent! Back in the day, I thought Friday the 13th movies were good![]()
My favs are: House of 1000 corpses, Devils Rejects (ohh yes I am in love with Rob Zombie and will be seeing his remake of Halloween..)
My other favs are: The Ring, Pet Semetary ( the little kid still freaks me out), Hellraiser movies, Hostel, Freaks, Rosemary's baby.... I am a horror movie fanatic and love Halloween time when they start running thier scare marathons...
Am totally looking forward to Death Sentence, Skinwalkers and The Invasion.![]()

Rachael
Mom to three wonderful boys - Javier (9), Caleb (6) and Jacob (3)
The Lord is my light and my salvation - Psalm 27:1
Silence of the Lambs -very scary, but more suspenseful
Jaws - when it came out, seeing it in the theater was a trip
The Exorcist
The Omen
Alien and Aliens - both were terrific
The Exorist :barf: :shock5: to this day if I watch it I still can't sleep for a couple of days because of the bed moving and rising scene.
The Audition (Odishon):shock5: :shock007: its a film from Japan. It is extremely graphic and it literally took my breath away and left me very sick to my stomach. You can go to IMDB and look it up.
