I'm only half watching tonight's episode.... I'm also DVR'ing it, so I can watch it again more closely sometime in the next few days..

So a few randow comments.

Joni bought a boatload of yogurt - 540-ish. Holy yogurt!! I think that would completely fill up my entire refrigerator. Keep in mind that I don't even eat yogurt .... my kids do but definitely not that many.

Angelique - lots of Similac - did she have something other than the $5.00/1 any Similac that were limit 1 per transaction?

Yeah that's what I was wondering too Lesley... all I saw were $5 coupons being scanned after the Similac!!

Yep she used them all on the same transaction. I'm wondering where in the world that $3/1 Near East coupon came from? Nothing in the database on that. And how did she get soo much overage the formula I can understand but it just seems to much.

And yogurt lady no everyone can't do what you did and you must have alot of money tied up in ordering that massive amount of coupons so you really spent more than you say.

I'm just over it all really. Newbies are getting a false sense of reality with this. It's just not that easy to do it.

Has anyone else had a store give them a gift card for overage in coupons? I highly doubt any of my stores would consider that! Most of them would tell me to either buy something else or reject the coupons.

Yeah EP... I was just saying that she didn't save as much as she said if she's buying that many coupons on a regular basis!!

I have no stores that allow overage except maybe Walmart but you won't see anyone on this show shop there. If you go negative here because of maybe cats you would have to buy something. I saw alot of printables used too and my stores have limits on those. Maybe she had alot of cats and plus she had that script coupon but I would never burn cats or script coupon just get negative. I would buy meat for the freezer. I'm also sure lots of free coupons are being used just like several other people have done on this show. I could use every free I had and might it look like some extreme trip but I won't because it's not good to do that.

I wait until they are ready to expire before I redeem in case a good cat deal or BOGO, B2G3 deal comes along.

And one more thought I'd never pay 0.25 for toothpaste considering the stock I have already and I'm sure this chick has plenty too but it's her money and stockpile so buy away girlie.

Why did the announcer say that Joni could use those .75 oyno to bring down her order? That's a no no... although I was glad to hear them both talk about donating.
