Because of this show, my main Shop'n'Save shop has a very limited coupon policy. They no longer allow overages, BOGO's, limited same coupons to 3 of like, and have the right to cancel the transaction if they feel the right to do so. I've since had to change shop'n'saves since they hassle me so much about using coupons.

Or the other comments I get from other customers while checking out. "Oh great. ANOTHER extreme couponer wanting their stuff for free." ...because I use coupons for products we use on a regular basis doesn't make me extreme. Neither does stocking up on them while they're on sale. It's called a budget and common sense. Not extreme.

And really, how much did you spend to get all those coupons for the show? Spend $150 to buy coupons for a $500 trip. Thats not really a 97% savings!
Kelloggs did a promo last summer that if you bought 3 boxes of cereal, you would get $3 off a gallon of milk. It was a mailed coupon for our specific area through giant eagle. I managed to get 8 catalinas from shop'n'save and giant eagle for free (up to $3.59) gallons of milk since I stocked up on cereal. They had a promo of buy 3 boxes of cereal and get a catalina for one gallon of milk. I used my mini wheats coupons $1 off 2 to make them $1.50 a box for four boxes, with a free gallon of milk. We bought 32 boxes of cereal that week. The coupons for milk were good for 2 weeks after print date, so we staggered the purchase over 7 days. It was a huge hassle. . . I don't have room to freeze jugs of milk. lol

I noticed that the produce section sometimes has coupons on the berries in the summer for money off milk or juice with the purchase of produce.

Me and FI were watching this last night, and on the finale the guy had a q for like $10 off a bottle of tide. I'm just in awe at these coupon values.

Although, it did make me happy that the one girl got DQ'd for attempting to use a coupon on the incorrect item.
I get multiple inserts; PM me for more info/to start a trade =]
Torrie's *WISH* List-- Check it out =]
