I know keeping stock items is great but when you have SO much in stock...it does border on hoarding . Things do change in taste and quality over time...expire...go bad. I applaud the people that donate items...I think they get double the satisfaction doing this. I watch this show and I think "When is enough for some of these people?"
I've couponed for 25+ years so I know that feeling of getting a great deal but I am also distressed when food etc goes to waste!
Right at the end after checking out the older man had said it's better than a part-time job. How true, the savings are money in your pocket.
I enjoyed this one very much. Picked up a few tips, like labeling the expiration date on the package so that it's easy to see.
