The day milk hits $6.00 a gallon in my area is the day I quit drinking it!
My 13 year old daughter sent this to me when we were talking about the price of gas going up. I was complaining about it costing me 70 bucks to fill up. And while I realize we have lower gas prices than a lot of folks ($3.35 - or $3.25 when I use my 10¢ a gallon discount from Smiths- right now) and a tank of gas will last me the whole month most of the time.
So she was talking about something she saw on the internet last night and this infographic she found that compared the cost of other items if we bought it by the gallon. Now I know that a lot of us get this stuff cheaper with our coupons, it still makes you think...

I spend about 8 bucks a gallon for milk! My kids and me only drink organic milk and don't drink tons!
Show me the powdered milk before I pay $9 or even $6 a gallon for milk.
"I don't come from money, I come from coupons!"
All these things I can do without if need be. Plus, I always offset the cost by using coupons and shopping sales. I've never seen a coupon for gas.
