Anyone else seen the new "Happy Birthday" commercial for American Cancer Society?

I'm not a big fan of Justin Bieber... lol. I recently went to the first meeting of my college's CAC group - Colleges Against Cancer, and one of the guys there shared this video... I thought it was pretty cool.

I have seen the commercial you are talking about... that seems to be a theme for the cancer society - do birthday's - I like their commercials... you almost don't realize at first - what the commercial is for - which I think is good - because it results in people paying attention to the commercial - to see the punchline so to speak...
