OT-Did anyone else just see nightline?

Wow, just wow. I'm not sure how I feel about the guy... I mean, good job but it seems he might be a shelf clearer that the reporter called "rude" I guess I have to admire his ability to stockpile THAT MUCH STUFF! I can barely keep up with my 2 inserts a week...

Pretty interesting. I think that the lady gave a better idea of what I've come around to using couponing for. FOOD to be eaten.

While I love tuna, Some of that has to EXP before he can eat it. I thought though he gave great tips because there are products where we would all love a huge stockpile for. Like his TP. ( I know most of you do have that much TP) LOL

I will say like has been said here many times: WE don't know his circumstances. Maybe he donates it or maybe he has his family come over and he fees them??? Who knows. I would also think all that stuff in a garage would go bad.

Anyway, It was a great piece.

I was in bed and hunny came up and said are you awake ? I said yep. He goes watch this show its about super couponers. I said oh ok. Watching it i was telling him which coupons he was using etc. Hubby said so they do nothing different than your doing ? I said nope. He said then why are they on tv ? And why is the guy a hoarder ? lol Sometimes my DH does not get it.

i just watched it. Holy Cow! I thought I was good, this guy is great! helps that he lives where they don't have a limit on double/triples and that he can actually get overage though!

Part of me wants the big news stations to stop publicizing this! I'm a little paranoid that too many people will pick up on couponing, or worse, pick up on it and do it wrong (i.e. illegally or obnoxiously) to give us a bad reputation. But I guess most people will see it and just think, "crazy." Or, "I can get generics cheaper." Though with these guys I doubt they could say that. :p
