    News SOYJOY Bars on the way to Haiti!

    I know we joke about these--do we like or hate them, but I just got my NatureMade Vitamin email with this news.

    Since my email was addressed to me, the link might not work to post; so I looked up the parent company & found it's press release:
    Pharmavite LLC

    They're sending 300,000 SOYJOY Bars & 1.8 million vitamins & $ donations.

    Amazing!!! Now if only we could all send our soyjoy bars... They'd probably get another hundred thousand or so just from this forum

    woohoo way to go to the company!

    they wouldn't get any from me i already gave all mine away. oops.

    i got some oust they can have in the make shift hospitals though! roughly 18 cans right now haha!

    Hopefully they will eat them.....

    My sisters friends who were there when the earthquake struck said that few Haitians were eating the biscuits that the UN were offering because it wasn't what they were used too.

    Weren't the biscuits the ones that a few guys tried to tell everyone they were expired and not to eat them because they misunderstood the package date and exp date......

    Crazy..... some people seriously.....trying to cause an uprising over food dates......The victims don't need that kind of stress!!

    Seriously, though, I wish we COULD all send boxes of them over..... I bet you're right. They'd get a ton just from here!!!

    My DS loves them so it's totally worth me getting them. I figure they're nutritious enough but YAKO!!! It would be FAB if we could all donate stockpile there, we just sent some through a local church.
