Yesterday while at the store deciding on what to make for Dinner, i told DH we should get some "jo jo's" (a very large potato wedge breaded and deep fried usually get them in the deli w/ fried chicken)

He looked at me like i was crazy...

He had never heard the term Jo Jo guess it's a northern Ohio thing

Another thing is i always wear sandals all year round. Everyone always comments "aren't your feet cold?" "Are you normal?"

i can most definitely sleep with socks on if i'm cold

water? i can drink from a glass that's been sitting on the bedside over nite room temp water don't phase me at all

When I lived alone, I kept a toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower. I was always running late in the mornings, and it was a big help. My son (30) does it too. I never knew he did it until he stayed with us for a few months.

I can sleep with blankets on my feet, but I can't sleep with socks on!! It's a claustrophobic thing, I think.

When I get a drink of water from the faucet, I have to let the water run until it's cold...fill up the glass...EMPTY the glass...then fill it again before I drink it. And I have no idea why!!! But I can't watch someone get a glass of water without doing this routine!

hmmm... I call a shopping cart a "buggy"... I guess it's a southern thing and I'm from the south. I live in IA now, land of the Amish and their horse & buggies... so my co-workers make fun of me for calling my cart a buggy... They ask me if my horse pulls it around the store for me. lol

Oh... and all soft drinks are "Coke." If I have company I will say "Would you like a coke? We have mountain dew, pepsi, or sweet tea." Then they are like "You mean a POP?".... something I will NEVER call my coke. Pop is a dad or grandpa.... not a drink. lol

Last thing I say that no one around here has seem to of heard of.... a toboggan... as in the hat that you wear in winter to keep your ears warm. It's not a Beanie... a beanie is something that comes in a can with Weenies.... something else that no one has heard of!

My ex-husband called it a toboggan. I had never heard it called that until I met him.

As for the "tuck in"...it's been so many years since I tucked anything in, that I can't even remember back that far! Tucked-in tops are NOT a good look for me! LOL!
