Premieres tonight on Syfy!!! 9pm est!!!!!

I'm so excited. I love Stargate, and though I'm upset that Atlantis was canceled for what I assume was to give focus to this show, I'm still excited. I'm usually in bed by 9 nowadays, but I'll be up for this, even if it's a 2 hour premiere (note to self, go look it up to see if it's just an hour or if it's 2 hehe)

I've only really ever liked Lou Diamond Philips in two roles, his part in La Bamba and a part he played in this random movie with Seann William Scott called Stark Raving Mad (good movie, little odd, but neat, need to go see it again it's been awhile). So, hopefully I can get over my preconceived notions of him and enjoy his character.

I don't really know of the other actors in this. I've heard one was in A Fully Monty? I think. But, other than that, I haven't heard of any of them.

Hopefully there's some other sci fi geeks on here who are as excited about this as I am. I hope Richard Dean Anderson has a cameo *crosses fingers*

Ok, so the first half of the season wasn't all that great. It wasn't until about an episode or two before the hiatus that it started getting interesting. Last night was the midseason premiere and it was REALLY great. I'm excited to see it really go somewhere. Though, the aliens they're coming up against are rather...odd and disappointing. But at least it's going somewhere!
