Did Anyone See The Oprah Show With Dr. Oz on Curing OCD?

I know it was a rerun but I had it recorded on my DVR and watched it last night. OMG - they were having them face their greatest fears in a big way. Some people with cleaning/germs OCD had to rub a toilet and then lick their fingers and then they had them rub the inside of a sticky, nasty public dumpster in the alley that smelled like vomit, cat poop, etc. and then lick their fingers. I don't have OCD but just watching that almost made me throw up - I just about got sick and and to get up and walk around before I felt better.

I saw it. I was shocked. Dr Oz even licked his fingers after rubbing (and I do mean rubbing, big time) the potty!!!!! i would never do this with my own toliet much less a public one, like the one he used!!!!! YIKESSSSSSSSSSSSS

wow! that is just gross. I think I would have to just keep my cleaning compulsion...(if I had one. Is there and anti-cleaning compulsion?)

Man alive, how is that supposed to cure your OCD?! I have clinically diagnosed OCD and that would just make me clean my hands and mouth non-stop from that day forward LMAO!!!
