Ok when you say fluent . . . :) I can speak French really well but when it comes to grammar!!! NO WAY! LOL
I spent a year in France in a small town that didn't speak English. I figured that would be the best way to learn the language.
In addition to English, I can make my way through French and a little Russian. I understand more than I speak.

I was born deaf, but that hasn't stopped me from learning and speaking other languages, I'm trilingual, right now I am learning my fourth language, Arabic: (Yes, I speak and I lipread)
English, Spanish, American Sign Language and I'm learning Arabic, I know a few Arabic words already. Where I live the signs are both in English and Spanish.

I only speak English & a few Spanish words but I have toyed around with the free Rosetta Stone programs through my local library online.
English and Russian (as fluent as a non-native can be in Russian, which is not so much)
I used to speak pretty Spanish and Melanesian Pidgin pretty well, but i am way too rusty to count those anymore.
I know enough Spanish and German to get around, but unfortunately, I'm not fluent in either.
I have a bachelor's in foreign languages, but have lost my fluency since graduation. :(
