What should i do? were living in the same house for a few more weeks. He had<has> drinking issues. been in jail for it. I had my window open and i can smell it from my room

I dont own this house. We are staying with his parents. i dont know if they know. but how can they not smell it?

You can address this issue with him. The only problem is it puts your current living arrangements in jeopardy. I would say the best bet is to move out soon as possible cause it's a battle stacked against you.

Is this his parents house? Or is his wifes parents?

Is this your spouse parents house?

In other words...what you can do, is if (as an example) if this is your spouse parents house..he can bring it up with your parents and say..um hello your son in law if flipping smoking weed...kick him out!!!! see what happens. but other then that...I'd find a new place to live.

Hopefully you can get out of there soon Sounds like a unhealthy and unfair atmosphere.

Chances are the parents know about their sons bad habit and it will likely cause more drama if you speak up about it.

So, it is his parents and your s/o is thier son also? How do they feel about you being there? Sometimes this causes a burden on a family and doesn't help a relationship.

I hope for your sake, sanity , and health that you can get into you own place asap.. It sounds like this might be a stressful place.

.... And if you are prego like a pp mentioned not a healthy situation stress and second hand smoke of any kind is not good. I wouldn't want to be in the same place as some one doing such things.
