Mad at ups!!!!

Apparently I've been spoiled with a great mail man. He will come up to the house to deliver anything that doesn't fit in my mailbox. My UPS guy is pretty brash and is off like a bullet as soon as he rings the bell, but my stuff gets delivered with no complaints. My FedEx lady is sweet as can be. One day DD1 ran to answer the door when she came, and only the storm door was closed. The FedEx lady said to her, "remember honey, you don't answer the door for people you don't know. Make sure you tell mommy if you don't know who it is."

So if I were in a different situation, I would care how things get delivered. But at the moment, I really have no complaints about it.

I work for a company that ships all my supplies to my doorstep, and then i go place them in stores. UPS is here twice a week most weeks. I have ordered from several companies, expecting UPS to deliver, only to have USPS shove a box slightly too large into my mailbox and get it stuck there instead of walking it to the door. Our USPS person is not awesome. Some days, it takes him 3 trips by my house to get all my mail in the box. Why? Because apparently someone doesn't sort well and everyone on the block's mail is mixed up. If I order a package, I really prefer to have it delivered UPS. If I'm given the option between the two services, I will pay more for UPS delivery. I wish companies were clear about which company they use to deliver packages.
