I know one time years ago when I was moving I had put some old furnture at the road and my garbage can was already full so I put the other stuff I was throwing out in plastic bags at the side of the road. Well, of course people came and took the furniture which I didn't have a problem with, but I didn't like people looking through the bags. On top of that someone ripped them open and then the bags were all exposed making it harder for the garbage man. Now, they had to deal with bags torn and stuff falling out of them. I really thought the ripping the garbage bags was inconsiderate and going too far.
