LOL I just went on vacation in April and did the same thing. We went to Gulf Shores and I was so excited that there were 2 Walgreens, a CVS, and a rite aid all in short range of our condo. I went to all the stores and got some really good deals! My husband thought that was a little overboard. He said Im the only person that would go on vacation and bring home Wirwick air fresheners, lysol wipes, gain fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent. Glad we drove instead of flying!

Oh I do that too!!! I live in a small market walmart area...so to get some of the deals (like the free pampers wipes) I grabbed them while we were traveling...as they were more money at my local walmart. Oh and did that with lysol wipes as well!

For years when I travel for work, I always cruise the stores in the towns I am working in for coupons. There is one city that I regularly go to twice a year and for years I have my route of stores that I take to look for coupons and wine tags. I used to get boatloads up until several years ago - they are either not putting them out like they used to or there are more people interested. Or maybe a little of both.

Yesterday they had a peelie on every type of one brand of an item except the one on sale. I wondered do stores or wholesalers plan this as I seem to see it a lot? Or maybe the ones of the type on sale with peelies just go fast. Anyways, the peelie was for any of that brand, so I helped myself to enough to cover the ones I was buying. I felt kinda bad until one of the store employees saw me I guess looking guilty and told me not to feel guilty because as soon as she clocked out, she was going shopping and doing it, too!

I hang aropund the self checkouts at albertsons at my fave location..they know me well there, and collect the cats left by others..sometimes good ones, sometimes not, lol.. and have occasionally gone through the trash if i see a good one on top.

I confess! Here in Gettysburg at the Giant, whoever runs the SCO during the day lays the unwanted cats up on the cat machine for whoever does want them. Who wouldnt want them?.

I stalk.. yeah stalk gas stations for coupons... Uh huh i saw your post.. your not the only one. Some great coupons there right now.. .55 on dc pepper.. 50 on them oreo cakester brownies.. and found 1.00 off snack packs of cheez itz.

I have a habit of leaving most stores with more coupons then i get there with.. its the trill of the hunt,\.

OH I have another "confession" I justified spending $100.00 on a printer today so I could print FB coupons! That is the ONLY reason I NEEDED the printer. I feel it will "pay" for itself.

We don't have stores that double or triple here. I had to go out of town for work and was headed to a double-coupon area so I took my coupons, scissors and 2 empty suitcases on the plane. Had the scissors confiscated at airport (what the heck was I thinking?) but bought another pair at my destination and shopped for as much as I could put in my extra suitcases. This was back in the day when you didn't have to pay for extra bags.

OMG this reminded me of a story. I live in MA. Back in November, Shaw's was running a super sweet cat deal. I don't shop there because it's 30 minutes from my house. However, for this once a year type thing, I leave my kids at home, and do 6-8 transaction to make it worth my time. Anyway, I met a lady there who was buying the same stuff as me. We got to chatting, and she's from WISCONSIN couponing in MA while she's on vacation with an active adult group lol. They were on a tour bus shopping at the plaza where the store is, and she went to Shaw's. I just about died. Now that's dedication!

I also remembered this. Last month I went to NY to visit my sister. I made her take me to 2 different grocery stores to look for NBPR rebates because I can't find any here. She took me only after I promised I would share with her before trading any here.
