Watched a cashier utterly humiliate a girl with WIC checks...can I complain somewhere other than the store on her behalf?

Ugh, I was a single mom for a bit before DH and I got married, and I always managed to get the irritating cashier who would make a big production of checking to make sure it was all accepted, ring everything up, and act like I was the world's biggest pain in the butt. Then, after ringing up all the non-WIC stuff, I'd usually get, "Is this *quick side to side glance* food stamps?" Like I was some sort of social leper. I was just a mom trying to make it on one income for a while. Some people are such jerks. I"m glad Texas went to a credit card type system rather than the paper checks. SO much easier.

Oh i wouldve definetly spoke up and put both those cashiers in their place. Be careful judging......you may be in that situation one day!
