Getting better deals with rainchecks

Anyway. I haven't been couponing in a couple years. I lost my newspaper supplier and frankly I was kind of glad because it was becoming way too much for me as I had other things going on as well.

I have found out that since then there are alot more couponers out there.. A couple just from my daughters school. I saw the stuff they were getting and I was starting to get a little jealous even though what they had was very small compared to what I was used to getting.

So when i go to get anything it is usually already gone because I refuse to pay $3 for a newspaper, so i order the coupons I want now from ebay and by the time I get it shelves are cleared.

Here lately I have been getting rainchecks at Walgreens, which ends up being a better deal for me in the end because I get a RC for the price AFTER register rewards and they don't put a limit on the RC.

I'm waiting for them to restock the Purex Softner which ill get for .99 after coupons

got a RC for the ALWAYS that were .99 after RR *they didnt even have them in stock when sale started* I just wish you could use more than 4 like coupons at a time..Guess ill need to go in for more RC's before they get some in.

You're lucky your Walgreen's writes them that way. Most just write the sale price and if there are any RR's involved, you're just out of luck about that part around here.

yep sale price here also....they wont even let us have the RR even if it was their fault that they did not order enough of the items...
