Gray hair?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I turn 29 in 2 weeks and I just found my first gray hair! I'm freaking out!

Yes, it's only one hair but I want to be prepared.

What are your tips on hair color or whatever you use?

I need tips too, I turned 27 in January and I have about 50 gray ones at my right temple. I have three kids - maybe that has something to do with it but, I AM FREAKING OUT!! DH thinks it's funny.

I've got greys too, mainly behind my ears. I just turned 30! I have almost black hair and don't plan on coloring it, so I just pluck.

I am 41 and I have to say, learn to accept it and when you cannot stand it anymore head for the hairdresser or to the color ......as it isn't going away it just gets worse especially if you have kids and Black hair!

Lets just say my hairdresser and I are best of friends (literally)

Totally agree with Melodyjg. You can color and highlight all you want, but it never hides it completely... this is coming from a woman who has jet black hair and about a couple dozen gray hairs. I have highlighted blonde, colored brown, even did red and nothing worked.
I had them before I turned 30 and they just keep coming for me. Its just something I have learned to live with.

I'm 41 and have a few here and there - being blond definitely helps hide them, because I don't plan on doing much about them. I usually don't know where they all are until I pluck a loose hair off of my shirt or jacket and realize that it's a gray one.

I feel your pain-my hair is dark and they're coming in silver! No hiding that!

I am a light brown. We hide my grain by getting blonde highlights.
