LOL, too much estrogen, I'd bet. Or, maybe some of them are posting and just have names that are non-gender in nature. Some of them could be incognito men or maybe just never said either way.

Or, I guess since couponing doesn't give off a particularly manly vibe...maybe they don't want to say.

My DH was a mess when we met. He makes good money, but he was NEVER good at being responsible with it. Since he and I have been together, and we transitioned into me doing the bills, he made a complete 180 defree turn-around. He saw how I was able to pay off 90% of his debt by being thrify, so he began asking questions and learning things- like CVS & ECBs. Now, I usually make a few grocery lists for him each week to do on his way home from work, with a handful of coupons & directions and he gets it right 99% of the time. I usually send him out with everything paper-clipped and in an envelope. Our CVS knows us by name and always compliments us BOTH on our coupon usage. He rarely gets hassled.

I have to lay out the whole scenario for him, but I always send my DH to the store when it's one of *those* deals Heidi mentioned LOL. He never gets hassled....I don't think they'd dare say a word to him, he has that kind of look.He a big sweetie, but it must be all those years in the army...gives him a more commanding presence maybe?.

I gave my DH the last of my maalox coupons to use for overage in Arkansas today. Hopefully he can find some stock somewhere there LOL

Just wondering how many men are on HCW since "that show" got more & more people useing or wantting to use coupons..

I think I belong in that category! I've been married to my high school sweetheart since 1995. We've twin 3 y.o. boys, and I think I'll need a second job just to feed them! We've tried couponing on and off for years with limited success. "That show" has really inspired us to give it another try, and to stick with it this time. It's critical these days.
