Default What are you saving your MyPoints for?

So, I've got enough points built up for a $10 giftcard somewhere, but I'm thinking I'm going to save my points to use at Home Depot on a new freezer.

i cashed all mine out. I got tired of customer service not telling me why they deducted points and never sent gift card.. I use ebates (they give cash back WAY better then mypoints you get more $$$)

But at one point in time, i had over 20k mypoints. I cashed them in for a CVS, subway and something else i can't remember

I was going to save up for lots of CVS/Walmart/Wags cards to use for our next Disney vaca, but I found myself unemployed 7 months ago (which gave me LOTS of time to get more points) and my printer just died, so I cashed out for $60 WM gift cards to get a new printer.

The best tip I ever got on MyPoints was to use on gift cards, to cover the cost of Christmas/Birthday gifts, after Qs or deals.
Or as a last resort, a gift card that you can just give as the gift.
Or if you are trying to reduce your spending, get gift cards like WM, Kmart, or CVS, where you can use the card to pay the oop after Qs, so you don't have to take cash from your normal budget, meaning it will stretch further.
    I've done both w/ mine.

I dont know. My last cash out was a $50 Wal Mart card I used on my grocery trip. I'm close to a $10. Dont know if I will cash it out or save it. Dont know what I will save it for it depends on my financial situation. I may save for a Macys card for me or get CVS/WM for househld goods.

That's a good point, I shop CVS all the time, so that would really help my budget. Though Target would be good, too, since I buy a lot of my formula there. I guess I'll just keep saving them until I really need the money, LOL.

Never thought about using it to buy a freezer! I've cashed out for $25 Sears GC for a Christmas present. Right now I'm just trying to accumulate to cash out at the end of the year. It seems that I always have less that time of year.

But I may cash a few out for some CVS or Target GC to use in my "dealing".
