ebates double referrals - i have a question

i have no idea if this is the right place for this, but i couldn't figure out where to stick it.

how do the ebates double referalls work? it says you get $10 for every 3 referals. i have 3 confirmed referals, but they're all showing $5 each and no extra $10 anywhere. i couldn't find anywhere on their site that explained it either. can someone please explain how this works? thanks!

once they have made their qualified purchase there should be a "promotion" line under where it shows your "tell a friend" bonus amounts and that should have it listed.

but if they haven't made a qualified purchase yet, it won't.

the qualified purchases have been made and it's showing the credit for their referal. it's only showing $5 for each person though. my question is about the $10 for every 3 they advertise. that's the part i don't see.
