How does Paypal work?

Mods, I didn't know where to put this, so move if necessary. I just got a Paypal account . HOw do I actually do a transfer from your account to mine? Do I just give you my e-mail addy? I cant find my account number or anything like that on their home page. Confused. Please help.

To transfer money from your account to someone else's account, you'll need to click the "Send Money" tab at the top of the page, then you'll need their e-mail address.

Yes. For someone to send money from their paypal account to your account, you'll need to give them your e-mail address.

yes, use the email address you have associated w/your paypal account. That is how others will transfer money to you. HTH

Trying to learn more...What exactly is non fee PP? Is that the same as funded PP? How do I know what I have?
I'm so confused.
