Copps vs Cub

I have been shopping at Piggly Wiggly and it is just getting way too expensive. So I need a new grocery store. I have just started couponing and am a bit overwhelmed so I thought that I would start with just one store first.
Which would you recommend for better prices? Copps or Cub? Any other tips?

I don't have a CUB, but I think they are owned by supervalue(who also owns jewel). Jewel has some rocking deals, so maybe Cub runs the same? Did you check out their forum. Pick has been good to me on double days, but other than that I don't really shop there. So, shop at Pick on Wed and Cub the rest of the week!

Festival has great loss leaders, but I tend to shop Copps more often. I need to check out Cub more often.
