Anyone Been to Sonic Lately?!

OMG Im ticked of at them. I ordered the wacky pack kids meal, the one with the 2 chicken strips. Well its not strips anymore. They are now putting 2 pieces of popcorn chicken it it! I was like this cant be right the carhop took it back inside after saying it didnt look right either. She then brought it back saying thats the way they are now. SO I had to order another meal. I dont see how they can get away with calling it chicken strips geesh.:shrug7:

I wrote them a letter about their decrease in quantity and quality after ordering cheese fries to go and having it litrally be 10 fries with shredded unmelted cheese in a little plastic container. What is that?

I never heard back - and now I only go for 1/2 price drinks between 2-4pm. I do not order any food.

We were there a few weeks ago and didnt have a problem with the kids meal.

we ordered a chicken strip meal a couple weeks ago and it was still strips. maybe it is just that one store.

I called the 2 other stores in our area, they told me that they still do the strips. They also said that store has a different owner.

Here is the number to call headquarters. I called to complement them on something, but they were very interested in what I had to say before they knew it was positive. I would definatly call about the wacky pack. That just doesn't sound right. I think someone ( at the store) forgot to order the strips and decided to try to pull one over on you and just give you the popcorn ones.

Please do call. Sonic is VERY VERY interested. or they are around here. I do their mystery shops. or I used to. they started to recognize my truck after the COKE promotion and I had to take in an OOOPS card once.

The manager met me outside on my next visit, he appologized, told me that he was very disapointed in his staff and that even when I wasnt doing a mystery shop I should always let him know if something is wrong.

I was actually DOING a mystery shop at the time, but it was another COKE promotion, so I already had the 'shop' part done before he come out. (I just had to make sure they said Happy hour, and offered me an upsale) So that time they all got 10.00 amex Cards and the fountain got a 25.00 one.

anyway, CALL. tell them.
