What city and state did you all find the FREE when you buy 3 Kraft Tear Pads?

Kroger on Lebanon and Legacy in Frisco, TX about 3 weeks ago. Never saw them at any other Kroger store I looked at in Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Richardson or Carrollton. There were two pads on a Wheat Thins display on the canned veggies aisle. There were two more pads by the hot dogs.

Albertsons in TX usually has the hot coupons, and they put them out 4 days before they expire...I'm in N. Dallas area.
