Good article. Says if you didn't qualify for 2008 stimulus check (based on your filining of the 2007 taxes) you might be eligible with the filing of 2008 taxes. Ssays if income was too high first time around but there were layoffs etc where income in 2008 now puts you in the running to get it. OR (yeah for me) if you had a child in 2008.
