Found some here in Central FL also. I was super excited to find these, we go through atleast 2 gallons of milk a week. Just found them tonight, so haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I found these in NJ. These say manufacturer's coupon and not Target coupons. Therefore, they should be able to be used anywhere, no?

Yes, you can use them anywhere. I found the same exact coupons last year and used them at Food Lion and Walmart with no problems. THey're just a regular coupon.
