I think it depends on what you sent them. If you asked them something to which there is an easy, canned answer, then you should hear back from them within a day or two. Other complaints/comments seem to take more time to answer. If you haven't heard from them in four days, I don't think it's unreasonable to re-submit your request.

I went to 2 different Targets within 1/2 hour of each other. Item at store #1 was on clearance for $3.18 and same exact item at store #2 was $3.85. Guest Relations at store #2 said not all Target's change clearance prices at the same time and they can't price match other Target prices (even on normal items).

Does that sound correct?

I have the same problem at the two Targets I have in town. One of them is a larger store and has a huge garden area. When the outdoor furniture whet on sale for 75% off I went to the smaller Target to get what I wanted but it was already gone. I went across town to the larger Target and they had the item I wanted but it was not marked down at all yet. I spoke to someone in the department and she said because the other Target is smaller and they do not have a outside garden area they put things on clearance much sooner than the larger store because they do not have the space. I never thought of the price match question though. Let us know what the answer is once you get it.

I just purchased something at target but see it cheaper online at another "normal" store. But I bet they dont price match that way....

I tried republishing that one. Let me know if that did anything. They don't price match. They will price adjust if *they* have a lower price.

Target is a trend retailer that wants to provide the latest merchandise at the lowest possible price. We're able to make adjustments on sale merchandise if we advertise a lower price either the same week or the week following your Target purchase. If you are eligible with this service, please take your original Target sales receipt to your Target store for an adjustment to reflect the new Target price. We're not able to make adjustments on clearance merchandise.
