I dont see this deal anywhere, here is what my deal was tonight:
I price match the automatic toilet cleaner scrubbing bubbles from $9.99 to $3.97 (Walmart) ok with that said.

I bought :

2 Scrubbing bubbles toilet starter kit cleaner $3.97x2= $7.94
2 Scrubbing bubbles refills $3.99 x2=$7.98

I used the following Coupons
2 Scrubbing bubbles automatic starter kit $4 x2 = $8.00
1Scrubbing bubbles refill BOGO free $3.99
1 Target coupon when you buy 2 refills $1.00

Paid 2.93 + tax got back 2 $5.00 gift cards

What items actually qualify for the gift card? The starter kit + refill?

Hawaii Targets will not match the scrubbing bubbles kits to walmarts because it doesnt have the yellow strip on it like the walmart promotional scrubbing bubbles kits.

Our walmarts have the regular one and the promotional ones....the kits have the SAME EXACT content but one is one sale with yellow stripe on packaging for $3.97 and the other one is $10.88 (same one found at target)

Yes you have to buy 1 Starter kit + 1 refill to 1 $5 gift card.

I did not have any problems price matching at , maybe try another target.

I price matched but I didnt buy a refill. The ad on the shelf didn't say I had to buy both. It just said by the kit get $5.. I forgot to even say anything at the counter.. Thinking I should go back...

Yep, same at my Walmart. The one's without the yellow stripe are $9.99, the promotional ones with the yellow stripe are $3.97.

Incidentally, I bought mine yesterday, and the can is already close to empty. It looks like there are about 60 uses in a can, and apparently everyone in my house has been spraying it each time they use the bathroom! I know it was free---but it's something I'd never pay money for.
