My target wouldnt let me PM and because the coupon is for $4 they would only let me buy 3 items. That includes ANY item that's coupon is MORE then the item at all times. They said that this is there new policy. Can someone tell me if this is right? I wasn't told about this the last two times I went to target and I was able to use more than 3 coupons on a like item that were mainly MM's. The coupon does not say limit of anything. So i was wondering if they were actually allowed to have this kind of a policy... Thanks in advance

I ran into the same problem yesterday. I was PM the scrubbing bubbles, first she told me that they couldn't PM because it said "one time offer" but she will do it this time. Then I gave her the $4 coupon, she said she couldn't accept it because it was more than the item. I also bought the Transformer action figure for $9.99 she scanned the mobile coupon then told me she couldn't accept the paper coupon because it will be more. What a penny? no she said. I told her to call the manager, a lady came over said no they can't accept them. Told them I am not getting back any money. Doesn't matter. Then they called for someone else and the lady told them just reduce the coupons. Told them this was the first time I ever encounter problems with using coupon over the item price. I always get fillers. She said well the cashier must not be looking t what they are scanning.

The official Target Policy is to adjust the coupon because they don't allow overage. Now whether you get overage or not is YMMV, but the policy is to adjust coupons.

I didn't get the ad in my paper and they didn't have any in the Walmart store, so I couldn't do this.

I wanted it so I could get the free plushie.

there are 2 different kits at walmart. one is $3.97 the other is $9.xx. The one with the yellow strip is $3.97. when price matching be sure to correctly pm the right one. just an fyi for everyone
