Yes, but you have to bring the ad in.

Some stores will require you to check out at the register and then go to customer service to get the adjustment for price match, some will adjust at the register, and some will just have you purchase your price match items at customer service.

I tried to price match at my Target once and they did everything they could to discourage me. They said I had to go to customer service, but I couldn't have my other items rung up there. Then they said I didn't have the complete ad (I did). Then they said I couldn't use coupons on price match items. They said "you understand don't you?" They didn't like it when I told them I didn't understand. Then they said they could only price match 12 cans of cat food. I finally told them never mind, I'll go to Wal Mart. This was in June and I haven't been back since.

In the past, I haven't had problems at my Target getting a price match. They do require the whole ad and that's fine. But the ads I've had them price match to were Meijer ads. This week I took in a Kroger ad for them to price match. It read for Pop Tarts (8count) Regular price 1.49 - .50 = .99 with card when you buy 10 mix or match. I've had problems at Walmart with them telling me that I have to purchase 10 items to get the PM. So I asked Target CS if I had to buy 10 there too. She said that they won't do the PM because it says "with card."

Long story summed up: They do price match, but they don't like to. Always check with your store's customer service upon entering the store to find out if it'll work the way you want it to.

My best word of advice is check out first and set your PM items aside because either way you will have to go to guest service to receive the price match. Yes I know you will have to do two different transactions but sometimes it will save you the mixup. Here is a link to the price match policy for Target. Target : Company : FAQs And if you look carefully yes you can use coupons with your PM just keep in mind that Target coupons will be applied BEFORE the PM is made and MQ will be applied AFTER the PM.

Chrysalis101 the reason they did not want to do the PM for your deal is because part of the Target exclusions for PM if you require a loyalty card at the local retailer then they will not do the PM at Target. All this is explained in their PM policy just go to the Target website for further details

*Best word of advice print out the PM Policy from their own site, make sure you fall within the guidelines and if they still refuse just ask for a manager and pull out the policy. It is from their own website so there is no arguing.
