Question on shopping scenario this week.

I'm not sure if I can do this. I figured that I would ask here first.

Purchase

1 Sharpie @ $1
1 Room Essentials Pillow @ $2.50
1 Papermate @ $1.02
1 Scotts Magic Tape @ $1

Use the following coupons

Target
$1.00 off Sharpie
$2.00 off Bed Pillow
$1.00 off Papermate
$.50 off Scotch Magic tape

1 Manufacture Coupon
$1.00 off Scotch Magic tape

The real question here is about stacking the manufacture coupon with the target coupon on the scotch tape.

This would be a transaction total of 2 cents if it works plus tax.

I didn't think that Target gave overage on coupons. I think that the -1.00 on scotch tape would be the one to use, so its free.....but if you used the 0.50 cent target scotch IP, and then the manuf......they would only take off another 0.50 cents....and you would loose half the value of the -$1.00 coupon doing it that way.

Otherwise, looks good.

Also, if you use the post it flags ever (I'm in school and use them alot).....you can print a -$2.00 off any post it flag/tab 3 or 5 pk (priced $3.00 or more) off the staples thread. Then print the Target IP from the website for -0.75 off post it flags....combine these two on the post it flags 5 pack that is priced $3.24. (this was the cheapest one that is still over $3.00 that I found) and it will only cost you 0.51 for the package.

At my target, the 10 pk of papermate pens, blue and black are $1.07.....and only the red package is $1.02.....still a great deal though. I have 2 computers and printed 4 of each Q......so I got 4 packs of sharpies, and 4 of the pen packs :)

* Also, when I was at Target this morning, they were out of the $1 sharpies in the regular office isle, but I asked and they had JUST started setting up the BiG back to school display in the back of the store, where they usually have seasonal/holiday stuff......I looked there, and they had TONS of the $1 sharpies there :)

I already have the pillow coupon but haven't made it by Target yet. Is anyone still finding the pillows in stock?

We still have pillows in stock. 1 more trip for me and I'll have my 6 new pillows for my bed!
