I have manufactureres coupons and target coupons for the same items. I assume I can use both, but I looked on targets policy and it says, Target accepts one Manufacturer Coupon and one Target Coupon for the same item (unless prohibited by either coupon).

the manufacturers coupon says, "limit one coupon per purchase. cannot be combined with any other coupon."

the target coupon says, "one coupon or offer per transaction."

so in coupon speak, do these statements mean that I can't use them together or that I can't use two manufacturers/ two targets together?
